1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@cushi.ai with your refund request, including your account details and the reason for the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Services that have been fully delivered or consumed are non-refundable. This includes any one-time purchases or completed courses.
